Terms of use - Hotel España

Dear guests, The terms of use serve to ensure the safety and comfort of Hotel España guests during their stay. We would like to clarify the guidelines.

  • Room check-in is from 2 pm, and Check-out is until noon.
  • Guests receive a key during registration at the Reception. Please lock the rooms.
  • Guests are obliged to hand over their keys to the receptionist upon departure. If guests lose or do not return the key, they are obliged to pay a fine of 10.00 KM.
  • The rooms can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the Reception with a valid identity document.
  • From 21:00 to 07:00 hours is the time of night rest and peace. We invite every guest to be especially careful during this period and not make noise that may disturb other guests.
  • Harassment of other guests is not allowed. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse further hospitality to a Guest who disturbs other guests or otherwise disobeys the house rules. We assume that the Guests are familiar with and fully understand the Hotel Rules at our Hotel at the beginning of their stay.
  • We have provided a safe in your room’s closet for your convenience. The hotel staff is not responsible for any damage or loss of your personal belongings while you are using the room. In case of any loss, please inform the Reception immediately. We also suggest you double-check the safe in your room after leaving the Hotel.
  • All rooms have air conditioning. The air conditioner does not work properly if the windows are open or if they are not closed properly.
  • Hotel rooms are entirely non-smoking. In case of non-compliance with this rule, the Hotel is obliged to charge a fine of 150.00 KM for non-compliance with this rule.
  • Wi-Fi internet is free and available throughout the Hotel. The password is given at the Reception.
  • Bed linen is changed every third day. Used towels are changed daily.
  • A DO NOT DISTURB sign is posted in all guest rooms. The Hotel’s policy is that this sign cannot be displayed for more than 24 hours. After this time, the Hotel reserves the right to enter the room for safety and security reasons.
    Hotel guests must wear appropriate clothing and footwear when moving around the Hotel’s public areas.
  • Bringing explosives, weapons, flammable materials or other dangerous chemicals is prohibited in the Hotel.
  • Bringing food and drinks from outside the Hotel is not allowed.
  • For your convenience, the Hotel has arranged a parking lot in front of the Hotel, which is secured by video surveillance.
  • Airport transfers are available 24 hours a day.
  • The official price list for this service will be published at the reception.
  • If the guest causes damage to the Hotel, the guest is obliged to cover the costs of the damage.
  • Guests can have visitors in their rooms, and they must register at the Reception. Visits are allowed until 8 pm, and in case of extended visits (after 8 pm), the Hotel will charge an additional amount per person per night as an extra payment for the next guest.
  • The Hotel reserves the right to request a guarantee for additional costs during the booking process or upon check-in.
  • If you need to check out earlier during your stay for any reason, you must inform the Reception 24 hours before departure. Otherwise, a full night with breakfast will be charged. In case of cancellation of guests’ further stay in the Hotel due to inappropriate behaviour and non-compliance with hotel rules, the Hotel reserves the right to charge the full length of the stay according to the reservation.
  • The minibar is refilled daily. Please fill out the prepared notification form about your minibar consumption and submit it to the Reception before departure.
  • In the event of a fire alarm, follow the instructions from the evacuation plan, which is located in visible places.
  • Taking room inventory (pillows, blankets, towels) out of the Hotel is not allowed. If you have any suggestions regarding the hotel service or if you have any technical problems in your room, please feel free to let us know as soon as possible. In the case of late notification of any complaints you may have, when the Hotel has no chance to respond, these situations will not be considered a reason for a discount on the accommodation price.
